John W. Price Award Nominations
The YMCA is now accepting nominations for the John W. Price Award for Volunteer Service to International Understanding. Nominate a volunteer that you feel shows a strong commitment to international understanding and is especially active in organizing and delivering international programs and services. 2010 International Dinner: Call For Cooks
This spring, the Cosmopolitan Club, Office of International Student and Scholar Services, and the University YMCA will be hosting the 27th Annual University of Illinois International Dinner. This dinner, held Sunday March 7, 2010, features food from over 30 countries and entertaining cultural performances. If you would be willing to cook a dish from your country, let us know! Annual Auction & Dinner Set for April 16, 2010
The 9th Annual University Live and Silent Auction dinner is set for April 16, 2010 at the Hawthorn Suites in Champaign. Come join us and enjoy live music during the silent auction/cocktail hour, hear from current and former Y student leaders on their work and participate in the bidding on the many live and silent auction items up for grabs. Invitations will be sent out in early March, but be sure to visit www.universityymca.org/auction for updates on donated items and how to respond online.
