The University YMCA has several meeting & event rooms available for rental. You are welcome to bring your own food or have our Y Eatery cater your event! Our large and small meeting rooms are perfect for everything from board meetings and workshops to receptions, lectures, and resource fairs. Whether you are a group of 25 or 250, we have meeting spaces to meet every need.

 

 

  7 Easy Steps to Request A Room Online  

  1. Choose the type of room you want to request. A small meeting room is ideal for groups from 5 to 30.  Large meeting rooms can accommodate 25 to 225.
  2. Select the length of time for your room rental. Choose between an hourly, 4 hour block, or full day rental.
  3. Choose your room. Select the room you want to request.  You can see if a room is available by checking the calendars on the Room Rentals page of the website.
  4. Fill in the details. Provide your contact information and tell us a little about the event. If you need extra chairs, tables, or special equipment like a podium be sure to mention it here.
  5. Add equipment. Need a projector or the sound system?  Be sure to make those reservation requests before you hit the “Request Now” button by clicking on the “Add set-up, equipment or add another room!” button.
  6. Request room set-up. Choose room set-up for the type of room you have requested (large or small) and then a type of set-up.  If none of the set-ups listed match your needs, choose custom.  Choose the time your room set-up needs to be completed by and provide details on the form.  The more information, the better!
  7. Click the “Request Now!” button.  You should get an auto-generated email when you make your request and a second email when your request is approved or cancelled.  You may be contacted by a YMCA staff person to confirm the details of your request before your request is approved.

Murphy Lounge and Gallery serves the home to the Art @ the Y Gallery. This beautiful first floor space features east facing windows, a fireplace and rotating art exhibitions. Perfect for receptions, lectures, and large group meetings.
