Ken Salo

Ken Salo is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning where he researches and teaches gen. ed. courses on UP160 ‘Race’, Social Justice and Cities, UP478 Community Development for Social Justice and UP494 International Institutions, Law and Urbanization. In 2021 he was invited to present at the inaugural workshop of the YMCA’s new series on Challenging Systemic Racism and develop a proposal to fund a curriculum to “Bridge Immigration and Race Divides through Global Engagement” (BRIDGE) for the New American Welcome Center.
