Stacey Robinson

Stacey Robinson, MFA is a graphic novelist and Associate Professor of Graphic Design at UIUC who recently finished his residency at Harvard University’s Hutchins Center for African and African American Research. He spent the summer of 2021 building local CU relationships with community organizations and inviting collaborative opportunities for his current exhibition “Future Spaces in Community Places.” The showcase centers his collaborative ventures as it features the works of community advocate Shaya Robinson, clinical psychologist Kamau Grantham, and former alumna and UIUC professor John Jennings. He brings a love for bridging the campus and the community through Arts programming that opens the door for campus and community conversation, collaboration, and cohesion.
