We are pleased to announce that Linda Matkowski has joined our Board of Governors. A former Student President of the University YMCA and Vice President of the National Student YMCA Board, Linda is the CFO of the Champaign Unit 4 School District. She is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Previously, Linda held leadership roles at several investment banking companies including the Chief Operating Officer at a women-owned investment banking firm in St. Louis. She was the first female Executive Vice President for Fixed Income at an Indiana investment banking firm. Linda has served on several non-profit boards in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and New York City. Linda owes her amazing career and philanthropic experiences to her time at the University YMCA, where she started as the Program Director for the YMCA’s Youth Employment Services Program during her sophomore year.
