Anna Tsai

Anna Tsai retired from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2021 as Sr. Executive Director for Administrative Services in Student Affairs.  In this role, she led the efforts on business, budgeting, HR, staff development, and assessments efforts to advance Student Affairs, and working with student leaders to foster transformative learning experiences.  Prior to joining the University, Anna worked in multinational corporations on executive and staff development.  She worked as a leader, advisor, mentor, and advocator at various positions.  She developed a one-and-only Student Affairs staff international exchange program to further staff multicultural experience, traveled overseas to meet new students and parents, and organized virtual orientation programs for international students before arriving at campus.  She is a firm believer in life-long learning.
