Maggie Kosterman

Maggie has been the Grants & Special Projects Manager since August 2022 (remote since August 2023). She became familiar with NAWC as an intern, working alongside our Francophone outreach team in 2021. That internship continues to inform her work: writing grants that capture the essence of NAWC’s programs. Maggie also manages our Salesforce platform and completes all grant reporting. In addition, she leads 30+ community partners in annual efforts to put on Welcoming Week in Champaign County, an 10-day celebration of immigrant belonging and inclusion that takes place every September. In her spare time, she loves to knit, sew, swim, explore Chicago, and hang out with her cats.
